Advanced CanSkate

Advanced CanSkate - Take Your Skills Further!

Advanced CanSkate is for skaters who have completed CanSkate Level 4 and are ready to take on the final stages of the program. With a focus on levels 5 and 6, this program emphasizes edge control, crossovers, agility, and advanced balance skills.

Led by Skate Canada-certified coaches, sessions are fast-paced, and designed to prepare skaters for higher-level skating programs such as PowerSkate or STARSkate figure skating.

Who it's for:
Skaters with their CanSkate Level 4 badge (must have previously registered through our system - contact us if you are new).
What they'll learn:
Advanced agility, crossovers, edges, and power skills.
Why it matters:
Bridges the gap from learn-to-skate into specialized skating disciplines such as hockey, ringette, figure skating, or recreational skating.
