Led by Derek Pasitney, a certified Skate Canada PowerSkate Instructor, this program focuses on the skills that matter most: power, speed, balance, agility, and endurance—all taught in a game-relevant format. Every 45-minute session is packed with drills designed to push skaters out of their comfort zone and onto the path of real improvement.

PowerSkate is perfect for players ages 5 and up who already have basic skating ability (forward/backward stride and stopping without boards). It’s an ideal complement to team practices, helping athletes build the skating foundation needed to excel in competitive play.
